Hi i am new around here and i just wanted to say what a nise site this is. Any way i recently purchaced a v551 from ebay. After seaching the orums i found phone tools software (all of them 1.23, 2.20, 3.11) and i cant seam to install the software. i can get it to install almost fully but right before it would complete. an error would occour and it said dll function call crashed phbkinstall._getbooknames setup will now terminate. i am totally lost as what to do. Any ideas would be really helpful. Thanks

i forgot i got the phone from cingular and i have sp2 installed. i dont know if that will help or not.
