i have downloaded evoX recently and found that inside of the archive there is more archived files, do i extract 'em or leave em for the xbox?

where did you download evox? i downloaded just a minute ago and there were no archived files within the archive? i got mine off of xbins. but i would imagine that you do uncompress them. try it and if it doesn't work, try it the other way.
