WMP and RealPlayer won't Play AVI anymore and "encountered a problem and needs to close" Message

My PC was fine and I have tons of AVI different codec. 2 days ago when I try to open any of them with WMP it stalls for 2 seconds and then give the horrible "Windows Media Player has encountered a problem and needs to close." and send or dont send Error. Same if I try to open with RealPlayer.

All I did that might have relevence was I installed VCDEasy and Cucusoft AVItoDVD.. However I don't think they are the problem.

All the codecs are installed properly and its not just one file that is creating the problem. All of them! (I have around 50 movies mostly Divx and Xvid)

Two things:
-All movies play fine when I open them with Divx Player.
-File "Clock.avi" in windows folder seem to works fine for some reason on WMP.

Microsoft adviced to register the file "wmpui.dll" again which I did but It didn't solve the problem.
