DVD Player has vertical flipping when burned DVD is played

When I try to play some DVDs I have authored and burned on my Panasonic DVD-S25 set-top player the picture constantly flips vertically, like I have to adust the V-hold or something. This only happens on some DVDs. These same DVDs play fine on my computer and also on other peoples dvd players. Its not like any of the dvds have something in common that I can figure out. It happens to NTSC and PAL, 29.97, 25.00, and 29.976 fps, and different media burner at all different speeds. Im totally lost as to where to look.

If someone can just point me in the right direction of where to look for my problem, that would be great. I have a Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-108 burner, Panasonic DVD-S25 player, and I use both Ritek G05 4x DVD-R and Sony 16x DVD-R burner at all different speeds. Thanks.
