i have the latest version of nero (6.6.0.5)

my problem is whenever i play any type of video through nero Showtime i hear the audio clearly but the video does not show all i get is a black screen.

I try to use nero as for some reason my other video programs have been having problems showing videos...over time the audio does not match the video causing me to stop and the start the video again from the previous position.

any help will be appreciated.
