I'm having a problem when exporting from Final Cut Pro HD to quicktime, in order to burn on a DVD, the DVD's all have ghost trails...????

I think I'm not using the right compression rate.. but when I use the uncompressed option, it looks great, but my little 3 minute video saves as 4.6 GIGS!!
