i recently bought the samsung dvp244 dvd-divxplayer

i would finally be able to wacht my favorite anime's on tv

but when i try to watch a naruto ep
the subtitles seem to be 'cut off' halfway, i only see half of the subtitles on the bottom and upper part of my screen?!

how can i solve this problem? i hope without encoding, but if there's no other way...

can someone plez help me?
