i just bought what was to be pre banned copy from crunchbug / gigapal / merchant america. the copy is not pre banned version, paid for 2-3 day delivery and was promised because it was backordered it would come next day and they shipped it usps taking a week to get it. the company does not answer the phone or respond via email. i would suggest to not do business with these people, very unreliable.

So you are saying you ended up with a ripper free version. That can be fixed with this little patch at this link.

If I was you I would return Xcopy if you can(hope you paid by credit card).There are way better programs available.DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink are two free programs avaiable here in the software section.You might also want to check out AnyDVD and CloneDVD by Slysoft.
