SwapMagic can not boot

I ordered SwapMagic V3.3 and Ghost Clips for my slim PS2. Installed the ghost clips without problem. Tried one of my backup, the SwapMagic DVD worked fine. But when I tried to test my another backup, the SwapMagic can not boot. It is the SwapMagic DVD can not boot, it went directly to the browse screen. Tried original game and SwapMagic CD, all worked fine. Do not know what's wrong with the SwapMagic DVD.

my cousin had that problem he got them to replace the disc. he is ok now.
