Hi:

I have unusual problem, I have lecture in an DAT (MPEG?) format I think MPEG. I can play this DAT file using Real Player, midway it just stops as the file is corrupted, If I use the horizontal scroll bar in Real Player to start any point beyond this corruption the file is played on Real Player. However, I have problem if I try copying this file from CD onto the HD, it stops midway stating illegal MS DOS function. I am afraid I will loose the rest of the lecture. How can I save the rest of the lecture onto the disk?

I was thinking of any software that captures what Real Player displays and saves it on to the disk. Is there any such software?

Greatly appreciate your help.
