I have a actual purchased copy of DVD X COPY and can not get it to work. Cant find any customer service numbers in Ohio. I understand that the company is no longer operating but I feel my legit copy should still work.

...is pretty vague. Won't install? Is asking you for a serial or key? Loads and runs, but doesn't copy the way you expect it to?
