V300 is not recognized by MPT 3.11h

I installed the MPT 3.11h and at the "plug in your phone" step, MPT can't seem to detect the phone. The cable seems to work fine as the phone is chargins as its plugged in.

Anyone have any ideas or can recomment other software to add mp3 ringtones?
