I recently got 1 click dvd copy, and everytime I open it it says burning engine not installed. What is the problem.

The problem is. You boughtit before you knew about The Decrypter and Shrink softwear, you can down load for nothing from this website.

Sounds like you have to unlock it with the key they mailed you and then get on the internet to find a Decrypter that will work with it.
