Surreal 64 roms question

I installed slayer 2.6 which has surreal 64 already installed. I downloaded some roms but am looking for a way to either put it on the hdd or use a disk. any help will be helpful.

were surreal 64 is put a folder called roms. then in the program just use that as the main rom folder.
