Hmm.. you know dRD is usually busy, he doesen't look at threads too often. I can't imagine he will have a lot of posts either.

If you had no comment, why post that you had no comment? Technically "no comment" is a comment, by deifnition of a comment. Especially considering the context was not clealry defined, and for all we really know you could have been not commenting on how to not comment. That of course, is beside the intial theoretical observation! Also with two . instead of three we cannot infer whether your "lack" of comment was exasperating annoyingly, a stern statement, or a tired sigh of inner contentment.
But further, I believe we can derive from the relative consistency of your lack of comment you actually have nothing to post, but cannot go wihtout getting the post count up when "applicable". Where we define "applicable" as a relative situation where you would be without comment against you initial lack of comment.
Ahh, one post richer. Just giving you a hard time gear :)
Fanboy is a term used to describe someone who is utterly devoted to a single subject. This generally is followed by the devotion and support even when proved wrong.
Anecdotal, by my definition, it's the way too many people here think. It's also all the evidence you have.

I'm bored waiting for dinner to be done. I guess I didn't think I needed a reason to pedestal the obvious in a very light hearted (Apparently not noted?) fashion. I'm just playing, no real criticism there man.

Aight, cool; Nice and friendly, just how we like it in here.
This is my post number 2700, but I am going to unsubscribe/decline from this thread now, because it is a little pointless posting post counts. It is nice to know where everyone is at and all, but I try and help the newbies by advising them away from the safety valve as much as possible. So really, I am following my own advice and trying to show an example. Peace;

@ binkie... last time i was in galveston was back in 93/94 time frame
from that point it was nice, but i dunno, since hurricane katrina and the other one that came close last year...

I know ~ the iPod forums keep me very busy indeed. It's great learning for me aswell though, as I learn a lot while I am helping people with their problems, and subsequently, I can only get stronger in knowledge :-)

true that lethal..i hang out alot in the home theater forums as well, but then again, thats my hobby aside from my career (being a paying hobby too... automotive work)

well,i think it is safe to say the the majority in here (and i said majority) are regulars anyway... i am only like 100 away or so from ADA status, its gonna happen one way or another. but i frequent the dvd player forum, home theater, media, Nero, dvd forums, shrink, mobile phones, from time to time, i am an all over kinda person... using aD to my advantage to further increase my knowledge of all aspects...

lets say retrospectly ddp, from 2000 to 2500 its relatively the last hurdle to get to addict.In his case he now has 286 but generally i found a lot of people say that the last 500 was the hardest

You are so right, and it's taken a long time since I've been with aD. In the beginning I went from Newbie directly to Senior and then the brakes went on. :) I think ddp was taking every other post from me after that so he could get to Addict status sooner! <G>
As far as the holiday, as long as we get a day off from work and are allowed to drink, don't wait for me, let's just do it! <G>
