Modbo1.1 v12 work ,v10 dvd game problem

Hello together.
I have a little Problem with the new Modbo1.1 chip for ps2. I have tested two samples.
- In the v12 the chip workes perfect. Autoboot everything.
- In the v10 everything works top besides "PS 2 DVD-R copies". So ps 1 originals + copies,ps2 cd originals+ copies , ps2 dvd originals (even dvd movies) are working fine. But dvd-copies are booting never.

I tried it several times to soldier them into this v10 but without success. The modbo chip says "infinity 3.8-software" on the screen during the boot of the ps2.

Is it possible that i have to use another firmware for older ps2 models like the v10 modell ?
Or is it possible that this chip is a clone that doesnt work 100% ?

Has someone made experience with the modbo chip in the older ps2 models ?
