I've been having alot of problems using mobile phone tools with my v551 (using the usb cable) as a lot of other people here have. Tonight I found something that seemed to fix my problem so I figured I will share. Basically after trying to get my pc's (laptop and desktop running windows xp sp2) to recognize my phone I was just about ready to give up. Finally I simply turned off my phone and turned it back on. Tried agian and everything just worked. I'm pretty sure this is what fixed the problem because after doing just that both of my pc's worked immedietly with mobile phone tools. Hope this helps others out there.
