NeroVision Express 2 video capture trouble

When I try to use nero to capture video of my camcorder I get a "Failed to initialize the capture device. Please check settings". Whats up? Under the capture device it shows my Dell movie Studio video device as the device, which is correct. Why is it not initializing. I can capture video just fine wiht MyDVD and Roxio VideoWave. Any help would be greatly appreciated
