Trouble with Galaxy Quest!

I am having trouble backing up my copy of Galaxy Quest. It stops at 10% when encoding then a message comes up saying unable to read file E/: Any suggestions sure would help. Thanks

It may be dirty. It may also have some scratches. Try cleaning and using disc dr or something similar. If the disc is in bad shape, see about getting it resurfaced. Check your ma an pa rental spots. They sometimes have the machine. I'm assuming your using Shrink and since I helped a friend back that movie up way back when without a problem, I'm guessing your disc is not in the best shape.
