Swap Magic v3.3 not working

I just recently purchased a flip top case and the two swap magic v3.3 discs and i instaled the flip top case. But when i played a burned backup the discs did not work. I burned the game in the DVD-r format and folowed instructions, but it didnt work. My friend had swao magic v2.0 and worked. Is there something wrong with the discs or did i do something wrowng. I need help.

how are you booting it exactly?

what software should i use to burn the dvds. I currently used roxio disc copier. I have the flip top case and i first insert the swap magic disc in through the slide in tray and then when it promps me to inster the other game i open the flip top and insert it. After it tells me that i do not have a ps2 game. Help
