i recently got a sony dru-710A dvd burner. i have a powermac G4 ,744mhz ,os10.3. when i insert a dvd, it would not play. no programs are launched. i can see the icon for the dvd, but don't know what to do afterwards. any help is appreciated. thanks in advance!
