How to get new Socom 2 maps?

I just bought the Playstation hard drive, installed it and it is working fine with socom 2. However I can't figure out how to get the new maps. Is there any place on the Internet that I can download them or get an ISO?

Can I go to a store and buy the back issues of the magazine where the socom 2 maps are? If not where do I get the December issue that has the maps?
