About to throw my computer...Copy Protection Error

I know that i can search for an answer for this so i did and nothing has helped and i about to go insane...I used dvd decryptor once and it worked to back up a dvd now i tried again and it didnt. Then i resorted to just dvd shrink and it still wont work it gives me this error: Copy protection error...incorrect function if anyone can save my sanity please please help!!

do you have the latest version of decrypter?
what movie is giving you trouble?

Use DVD Decrypter to rip to your hard drive first, then use DVD Shrink to rip the DVD Decrypter output files on your hard drive. I've had copy protection errors with Shrink, but never with Decrypter.
