Sory for the delay

I did unstall DVD Shrink and renstalled it and it still comes out and says NEW for the volume label
I keep looking to see if there is anything in the settings to cause this but don't see anything there.

Well if you open my computer and it reads "New" for the dvd title in your drive, then your problem isn't Shrink.

Somehow Nero has changed it's descriptor for the label that DVD Shrink uses and tries to pass on to Nero. This happend some Nero versions ago.

True, but if you burn with the integrated part of Nero SDK and set a label in DVD Shrink burning window the burned disc will always be labeled NEW in spite of what you wanted it to be named.
