dvd decrypter 7 mins of zilch before movie starts to play

a particular movie gets io errors in dvd shrink and forces me to run decrypter first in order for dvd shrink lets me re-author it to fix on a dvd5.
i run decrypter in /mode/f and selects all the files then dvd shrink runs fine when i re-author and selects only the main movies in english.
when the move plays back on a dvd player or pc, i ff for about 7mins before getting to the movie.
help!!

What is the name of the movie you are trying to rip/burn? And what media are you using and also what burn speed.
Some of the newer ones have new protection so a combination of two programs sometimes needs to be used at the ripping stage.
