DVD disk not in PC driver?

I was trying to backup my dvd movie from Asia but found out that the dvd movie couldn't be backup from my
pc. It has nothing to do with regional areas as I am able to play the movie on my dvd player.

Is there a dvd backup software that will break this dvd protection software?
