HELP please...I am having the same problems with X-pert DVD Maker as a previous thread. All the drivers are up to date, audio is working fine, the set up is correct for S-Video, PAL, and every box in the whole software programme set up has been investigated... but all I get is a black screen, audio is fine. Is it likely to be a hardware fault? I'm about to return the unit but if it's operational the company say they will charge me £35 restocking fee!(It was in an usealed box when received, does it normally ship shrink wrapped and poly bags over the leads? (Could be ex-demo and damaged??))

got this product yesterday and have nothing but problems with it first no pic or sound emaied company who sent updated drivers installed them no joy emailed them again then they said take it back its faulty 3 emails later 3 trips to the shop and 4 !!!! faulty ones it still does not work has anyone else had problems with this if so did you solve it or help me?
i've just bought the same device and i don't have video input!!!i sent an email but nothing yet!!! have you solved the problem?how?(i use the svideo input and the only thing it captures is a black screen..grrrrr)
