Has anyone used this on the new Sony's (500 series) and been successful? They work in my Pioneer A04 with np. I have the latest firmware on the Sony. The Sony is an external unit and I am using usb 2.0 to connect the drive. The Sony will burn the +R and +RW's with no problem. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. TIA!

I also could not read the Memorex DVD-R discs on my Sony DRU-500A.
Go to DVDXcopy.com, forums, search for DRU-500A,
you will find the current list of media which works on the drive.
