Just installed a DMS4 Lite modchip to my v12 and first checked it out using and original disk, after about 30secs a burning smell and the lense of the laser is visibly melted ! any one any ideas what i could have done wrong ? It appears to the later model with the laser fix i think, ie ends in 0003 anyone any ideas where to get replacement laser from also ?

Also meant to mention i didnt receive any instructions for fitting so just followed diagrams i found on the web. Is there anything else i should have done ?
