I have a new xbox Im pretty sure it is v1.6 I used the From Virgin to Softmod tutorial.Everything went good until it asked me to choose if I have a pal or NTSC I choose Y like the tut says I hit enter then instead of installing the Phonenix Bios loader it just gives me an ALL Done! and the root@xbox HDM:/ prompt. I turned xbox back on and it just came up with the regular m$. Please help. I downloaded UDEv1.4 and xboxhdm and followed the tutorial exactly. Thanks everyone. Sorry if this isnt the right place to post
