I use VirtualDub and Vobsub to add subtitles to my movies to watch on the PC. And I use BSPlayer to view them, and the subtitles USE to appear and this little green arrow would appear in that little box in the lower right corner of the screen where the clock is. But it must've somehow gotten deleted from the computer, because now my subtitles no longer appear and the little green is nowhere in sight.

Does anyone know what program it is that enables subtitles and shows the little green arrow in that box down there?

Any idea why the subtitles don't show up anymore then?

Try re-registering VSFilter.dll (contains directvobsub(auto-loading version) or VobSub.ax or whatever the old version's filename was.

Other thing to check is that it isn't set to do not load in the filters config. You could even try setting it to always load.

I would suggest enabling subtitles in FFDShow first. It supports textsubs and vobsubs, same as directvobsub.
