Please Advise me on how to back up mine for my ps2 scph70012!! I understand I need a CDLoader and a slim card. i'll get the card soon but I already have the ghost switch mod and the smd v3.3 dvd and cd. What else do I need to do? My backup copy of Metal gerar solid and Max payne works fine!

I'm going to guess you're talking about Splinter Cell 2, not 1. This game caused me alot of trouble and I never got it working.

If you v1-6 ps2 CDLoader should work fine, but if your v7+ you're going to have problems.

A patch was released to fix the image but it says it's only been confirmed to work on v1-6. However, it suggests V7+ users to try the TOC REFRESH option using Swap Magic 3 to get the game working.

So your best bet is probably to try patching the game (patch wasn't released when I tried to back it up so I don't know if this method works)
