I have dvd cloner II and haven't had many problems burning dvds. Every once in a while, I will try to burn a movie and the bottom of the dvd cloner II program will not appear. It only does this when the dvd I want to burn is in the D drive and not the E drive. I have two burners but the D drive burner reads much faster than the E so I use it. It freezes and then I use the task manager to end the program because it is non responsive. After I close it, it asks if I want to send an error report. Can anyone help. I have XP and a sony dvd burner.
