Old Modchip - Can I install new or use swapmagic?

I have searched endlessly, but cannot find my scenario.

I have an old modchip installed. Can't remember the name, but it requires the following:

I need old Gameshark2
for PS2 (CD) games, press power(reset) button twice, load gameshark2, then swap when water drops fall in background. Can anyone tell me what modchip this is?

I think I figured out that this current modchip will NOT play DVD backups.

But IF it will play DVDs, can I use swapmagic with this modchip?

If it won't play DVDs, can I install new solderless modchip and use swapmagic even though a modchip was already installed?

If modchip is out of question because of the previously installed solder modchip, then can I still buy just the swapmagic and slide card, and will it work then?

Also, where is the best/cheapest place to buy swapmagic?

Your help is greatly appreciated.
