Problem backing up [bold]THIRTEEN_WS[/bold]

Seldom had problems backing up DVDs, except this one, THIRTEEN_WS at 87% "Read Error" occurred; had no problem with THIRTEEN_PS. I would like suggestions please.

Clean your disc. Even the slightest mar can affect ripping. Buff out any scratches the best you can.

Yes, I did several times and still no solution.
Thanks for suggestion.

I think this is one of the heaviest encryption I've experieced. Anyone has a crack file to be imported to the DVD Decryptor?

The thing is, this movie should not be a problem. My friend backed this up a long time ago with shrink and Nero only. Are you running AnyDVD in the background by any chance? If you are, try without it.

Thanks for your help.
I gave a friend the DVD and he cleaned it with special DVD cleaner and it worked smoothly. I need to purchase the cleaner. You are right all along. Thanks again.
