Hey Ive put a few movies to dvds and Ive also converted using tmpg encoder but for one movie I am having problems with, it wont give me an audio source. The movie plays fine but when selecting what I want to convert it only selects video then when I go to select audio it says that it can not support it what could the problem be??

MP3 vbr audio.
Rip the audio out in VirtualDub to .wav
Convert to AC3 in ffmpeggui.
Encode only video.
Mux the two in your authoring app.
If your authoring app doesn't support AC3, then skip that step.

Look in the guides section at www.videohelp.com
There's 2 or 3 dealing with ripping audio in VirtualDub.
