Help new to DVD Xcopy platinum

I have a copy of DVDXCOPY Platinum 4.0.3.8

this may be a silly question but when I go to the advanced tab it comes up with insert a DVD movie or click browse to select files already on your hard drive. However this box is grayed out and I cannot select files nor does it read files from my other DBVD drive not the burner. Can anyone help?
Again I appologise if this is a stupid question, however I am new to this!

The browse button only works in the RF(ripper free) versions. For Platinum it's 4.0.4.15RF
