hi,
at the back of my ps2 there is ten of them small square things that are supposed to have screws inside them .
here is my question:
1)do all of them hav squares inside them and r the square things all supposed to be made out of rubber?

they are screw covers, some are rubber, some are plastic, you just pop em out with a screwdriver or a blunt knife, what else is there to say.

No offence at all, but if you have trouble working out how to open your ps2 then modding really isn't your thing.
