Help Downloading With mIRC

I try to download movies with mIRC, but when i check the status of the DL they never get past zero. Can anyone give my some advice

Ok, check out that you have have disabled DCC's ignore feature, which is ON by default. You can find it by going to: Options-->DCC-->Folders.

Also, if you're behind NAT, dcc-transfer can be problematic.
