Transfer video from PC to camcorder using firewire

I have a Sony TRV-50 camcorder and MGI videowave software(v4). I am using XP home edition and have a firewire card. I have edited a bunch of digital video and now want to transfer it back to the camcorder for easy transfer to VHS tape for my parents. Videowave does not appear to be able to output video to the camcorder. Can anyone help me find a way to get the video back onto the camcorder? (any shareware/freeware that will do this?) Thanks

I am surprised that videowave does not allow this. Is there no "export" type function ?

I can suggest a piece of software that you can download a free 30 day trial which will do the job for you.
