I have a mod chip on my PS2 that is working perfectly. I want to add a hard drive. I have read several posts on the matter and I can't find the answer to my question.

Can I load and play my backups on a the hard drive or do I have to load my originals? I read that if you didn't have a mod chip then Playstation couldn't read the ISO file. With the mod chip can Playststion read that type of file and play it?

After at least six hours of reading I think I found an answer. I think HDAdvanced will let you load and play backups from my PS2 harddrive but HDLoader won't. Am I correct?
