How to make a back up copy on DVD Shrink-By newbies

Problem with DVD movie (Not-encrypted)& DVD Shrink 3.2.0.15
Both during analyzing and encoding error occurs.
Managed to overcome during analyzing but unable to do so during encoding
although re-authored and striped to 4.9 GB continues to hang at 74% of encoding.
As a solution I ripped the DVD movie thru DVD-Decrypter and produced a
VIDEO_TS folder which contains five VTS_01_PGC _01_1.VOB files .
I tried to locate the folder thru the "open files" button of DVD-Shrink but not poss.
I am using DVD Decrypter v 3.1.4.0
I am a relatively newbies user , since 21jan05.
Can any one offer a helping hand.
