Just about to buy this but is it all compatable. New to this

Can anyone please tell me is the enclosure will be compatable? The 3250 is an OEM so has no cables/manuals etc. Do I need the cables to install it into the enclosure or will there be some already there?

Also, any big advantage for getting Ritek G04 or datawrite MCC titanium dvd-rs?
