whenever i boot up doa ulatimate it freezes at this stupid copyright thing screen right after boodtup it scrolls down then stops
does anyone know how to fix this

I had a similar problem on my copy of DOAU. It could be that you must clear you cache. So just boot up a couple of older games, then play DOAU.

Wait a min, you have downloaded copy? If so i don't know anything about that. I backup my copy DOAU game and it had the same problem as you described. I got it working by loading up some other games. This had happened with my Ninja Gaiden too.
