DVDdecrypter and backing up the entire disc

So i have used DVDdecrypter a few times now and it works great but how do you get it to backup the whole movie? I want the extras and everything and everytime i have used it, it copies only the movie. I know that I must be missing something here. I use ICopyDVDs2 as my app, should I be checking the entire disk box when i backup from the hdd?

In DVD Decrypter, select Mode, ISO, and Read to produce an ISO image. This has always produced a full DVD for me, including extras. I however don't burn them. I just keep them on the HDD full size and play them through Alcohol 120% I don't have a burner, so I prefer this option.
