Im trying to back up some video tutorials. im using adobe encore. but the video has to be resized and is also at 4fps. how can i convert this so i can make a dvd that runs on dvd player. i want to make menus as well and i have numorus files.

Reencode video to dvd compliant spec.
Author in something that takes multiple clips, like DVDLab.
