I need instructions for recording 4 DVD discs to 1 using DVDDecryter and/or DVDShrink

Fact:
I have 4 DVD instruction discs, each with 3391,3175,3446 and 3424MB.
Total: 13,436MB

Problem:
a) Can I compress all 4 discs using DVDShrink to fit onto a single DVD disc, or must I use a second one?
b) If this is possible, can anyone give me "Geektalk-free" instructions on how to accomplish this?

you may get these on 2 dual layers 8.5...

but this is huge 13,436MB

if you copy a dvd9 film at 8.5 gig to dvd5, quality sucks! and 13,436MB to dvd5 is impossible!
