How can I get:contents of SID.007.AUF.v1.0.(exploit) to my memory device?

I have a mem card modified with usb connecter. Gameshark software does not seem to see this folder when i placed it in the directory, I would like to just drag it from pc to memory card via the interface that gameshark has.
