this is my second dvd i go through and i still get the same error, here's a screenshot:

is it a problem with the source file or the software itself? any other progs i could try?

i just checked my Alcohol settings and the memory buffer size was set to 105 MB?

I would try DVD decrypter.
Also i would increse your system pagefile (memory)
Right click on the taskbar and click Task Manager. In the Task Manager, click on the Performance tab. Look at the entries in the Commit Charge frame. The Peak entry gives you an indication of the maximum amount of memory used by your computer since the last time it was started. The optimum amount of RAM is equal to this value (assuming the computer has been running for a few days and you've run your typical programs during that time). See the Limit entry. This is the total of your RAM and pagefile. The limit should be at least twice the Peak value. If you can't buy more RAM, you can increase your pagefile size to increase the Limit value

2. i have 256 RAM and currently cannot buy more, so how do i increase the pagefile size?

click on MODE>ISO>WRITE.
select the mds file
if you have a low spec computer,make sure you disable any other programs that may be running in the background.AnyDVD,internet security etc.
TURN OFF THE INTERNET!

yeah use dvddecryptor alcohol gives me coasters. it did the same games greatly that alcohol gave me coasters

lmao alcohol gives the best results as it specialy designed to backup games....If u have a registerd copy send the log to custumor service or go ask on ther big forum.

btw. I see waaaaaaay more problems with dvddecrypter then alcohol , probarly b/c u get where u pay for...

im hoping that u could help me after reading all the foruns it says to use DVD Decrypter which i have i copied the game useing decrypter put me swap magic disk in waited for it to boot up swapped the disks over and it dosent work i have tryd bout 15 times but still dont work have u any idea im using a aopendvd writer hope u can help many thanks also does it matter if the games are hired out
