CDV w/Nero: How can I FF or Rewind --Also creating a MENU or categories?

Basically I want to create an album to see pictures of my family and friends. I want to have a menu where I can choose what type of pics I want to see and also IF I want to FF or RW.
I created a slide with my pics, and it did work very well but I could not FF or RW and all the pics were all over the place. It would be good if I can have like FOLDER (or MENU) of special pictures, like SUMMER 2K1, VOLLEYBALL 2K2, etc, you get my idea.
